Hi! Our names are Ainhoa and Peter the faces behind travelling4tales, we are full time workers and part time travellers, experiencing all what we can and sharing everything we learn.

Why travelling4tales?

We are just a regular couple with a shared passion, to travel and learn from other cultures. It all began with small holidays when our 9-5 jobs allowed us to, now we aim to make travelling our full time life.

There were the good times, bad times, and just plain weird times, that’s when we came up with the idea of sharing our experiences with people, by no means are we experts or professionals at travelling and blogging, but we want to give you honest opinions without all the filters.

Our Story So Far?

In 2017 after a few one or two week adventures, it was time for the next step, really take us out of our comfort zone, and so the planning began. First we needed a destination and finally a time scale to do this next step.
Huzza! We discussed, we argued, we compromised but we had a plan.
Our plan was to save for two years working as much as we could, then quit our jobs and start backpacking for nine months. Destination? Asia.
Our plan: Fly into Hong Kong and travel by land or sea through China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
For sure this is our biggest trip thus far but this is only the start of our travelling tales.
